ALSO, no ratings for movies! I was already pissed they were not going to include it in win 10 but now making my media center useless is not cool, they can shove their free 10 upgrade I get all the channels but I do not get the ability to attempt to download the guide. Uninstalling and reinstalling WMC has resulted in the same error, effectively rendering my HTPC useless.

Features introduced in the TV Pack will certainly be rolled into Windows 7, and it’s almost certain that H.264 support will appear there as well. Rochester, NY is 14603. It seems odd that it would even complete the update/download.
I am right between three major cities, but my zip only populates the channels for one city. Clearly this is an issue impacting a ton of users.
