Live Mail (set Associations Control Panel) Problems
Reply Matt January 13, 2011 at 5:23 pm I am suddenly getting the "This file does not have a program associated with it …" error message when I try to open Search Engine Friendly URLs by vBSEO ©2011, Crawlability, Inc. If I save the attachment to a file, then I can open it and I can open all other attachments just not pdf ones directly from an email! I've tried to add Word 2003 as a the... Windows Picture and FAX Viewer is the default application for viewing images under Windows. For me it is happening when I open an application not necessarily an actual file.

I get this error message when attempting to open picture attachments on Outlook Express: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. If I go to "Tools - Address Book" I get the no e-mail association message and the perpetual spinning cursor. To Manually Set Windows Mail Defaults A) Click on Choose defaults for this program to manually choose the associations for Windows Mail. Can you help me re-open this file. That program can resize the images and send them but that's when I get the error message about not having an associated email program. with all the things there are to remember it is nice to know there are go-to guys out there...thanks again!
