solved I can't tell if my GPU or CPU is throttling. On stock voltages, my iGPU crashes when using Microsoft edge exclusively (I know, I know, just trying it out. I'm extremely happy with it, but there's a really weird CPU throttling issue that I'm extremely confused about. The two above changes would allow maximum performance even in GPU overclock scenarios in the most taxing games.

Also, Did you try the DVXA2 setting to see if that allowed any GPU acceleration? The CPU throttle limit set by Lenovo is 78C and the laptop only reached 66C at full load. Now i am able to play witcher 3 around 4 hours before i must stop for an hour so my fingers and computer can cool down.
